Hi
I've been all over Winnipeg looking for those Leo Vince clutch springs, with no luck. Can you give me the name and number of the place in Edmonton that you got yours? I want to see if they'll send a set to me. Also your 1" longer belt, what kind is it? Do you have a part number? And where did you get it?

Do I have this right?
Leo Vince Clutch springs
For a Motori Piaggio
Part # 5613

Thanks

The belt can be had at an auto parts store. Make sure to get the right width; take the old one with you. You might try emailing Mystere directly.

Hi
I would have E-mailed him direct but his address is not listed in the member listing. I also tried to send a private message but it won't send. It still is just sitting in my out box. I believe that I brought this to your attention.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I have been with out internet access for a little bit. Finaly switched from ADSL to Cable. Haven't set up my new email account yet.

I'll have to dig through my recipts to get you an address. The shop I got those clutch springs from is called Top Gear.
Here is there web site: http://www.top-gear.ca
the clutch springs are for the Piaggio scotter.
the part number is on here somewhare. I posted it a while ago. maybe noise copied it down. i'm not sure where the box is right now. we've been changing a lot of thigs around here and the are stuffed in one of these boxes

O'h I just noticed you already have the part #, guess i don't need to rummage for that right know.

I just went to Parts Pro to get my belt.

*, Darat, you can hardly get stock parts for Spree at the dealership.

I haven't followed up with Piaggio parts through the Vespa dealership here. Does anyone have a clutch spring (the little ones, set of 3) that they can measure for me? I need:
- length from end to end, where it hooks to the shoe and drum
- length of the coiled section
- diameter of the spring.

Been too busy lately to pull apart one of mine to measure.

Hi Mystere 1,
I got the springs from TopGear. The guys there were great. They shipped it out right away. Now the big question - in one of your posts, you said you were using the red springs but you were going to try the yellow ones. Which ones worked out the best? I plan on doing this mod this weekend, if I can find a 39mm socket for the clutch. Where did you get yours?
Thanks,
Clint

I haven't got around to trying the yellow springs yet. I've just been to darn buisy. As far as a 39mm socket for the clutch goes,.......I just used vise grips. Glad the guys at top gear could help you out. they are pritty good people.

Are you ordering the parts through Top Gear out of Edmonton?
