48mm head boring for Spree BBK

Post by toboggan »

I will be boring the heads again for the 48mm kits produced by Marc (tazland001)

Prices have gone up for both the 44mm kit and i have a price for the 48mm kits.

44mm boring: $25.00(we pay for return shipping)
48mm boring: $35.00(We pay for return shipping)

These prices are still alot cheaper then most machine shops that are willing to even do this!

All boring includes cleaning, and boring. We use precise machinery and replace the bits fairly often so your head is in tip top shape!

Thanks guys!

Any questions please PM me!

I believe there's a photo of the chamber side of the head in the Wiki, and a link to Turtle's thread. Click on the O-Ring contents link or scroll down a bit.

Do you have a link for the O'Ring and dimensions for the groove that you'd like to put in the Wiki?

yah showing your work wont hurt ya in any way honestly, if nothing else it'll give customers a better feeling, knowing what the head will look like afterwards. Knowing it wont come back all hacked up. and from what ive seen, only You (toboggan) me, and Tjamz has done heads. Tjam did his with a dremel and it looks just as good as mine did via a CNC machine. and your right about local shops not wanting to do it OR they'll charge and arm and a leg to do it IF they even will. Apparently marty found somewhere local to get his done cuz he said his are gettin done now so thats a plus on his neck of the woods. hopefully it dont cost him his next born child! lol i checked with a local shop and they wanted 30 bucks to do ANYTHING in the manner of head work. so i did mine at work with time allowing.

So whatta ya say Tbog!! Let see the finished product buddy!!
