You have a 125cc with a 28mm oko?

Isn't that kinda small?

What pipe do you have?

Greetings:

The carb might work, but both jets sound too small.

More info on your kit - bore & stroke along with pipe and fuel - would help.

Your gonna need much bigger jets than that. Try starting off with a 150 and a 55 and play with the needle clip. What kind of pipe are you running? Oh and do a plug chop and take pictures

With a 45:1 oil fuel ratio your gonna blow that bike real fast. How long have you been running it like that. You gotta run 32:1 bra with the stroker use castor oil. Run 4 ounces per gallon. Try out the bigger jets like I said I'm running a 140 with a 52 pilot on my malossi bore stock crank with the needle clip down one from center. Start at the center and move one down or one up. Oh and id run a temp gauge on that bike so you don't blow that strokah. Do a compression test too cause you might have already fried that bore

Whatever oil you opt to use 45 to 1 is not enough oil. 32 to 1 minimum is required for high performance or you will break something due to not enough oil.

Greetings:

From reading here, not many of us have full-strokers and such big displacement. Forums Hawaii probably sees more builds like yours. I'm running 32-34 grams in my Corsa 72's variator, but with such a big difference in engines that 411 does nothing to help your scooter.

32:1 seems to be a popular oil ratio here, and what I use. But there are Hawaiians with powerful big-cm engines working with 50:1 and even 60:1 for performance, according to Steve at VTCycles. No word on how long they last, though...

Lots of 72cc riders use the 28mm OKO, but that doesn't mean it's too small for yours. It could be too big for 72. I'm using a 26 now, but got about the same street performance with a 24. But again 72cc is hard to compare to 124.9.

i live in hawaii and often visit forums hawaii, not as much people help on there though........ :blah: :blah: mostly brokcanics that dont know crap. "some people do help though" dio strokers are aplenty here and people love to steal them also.
:bump: :bump:

I have 30mm carb and an 87cc bore

my main jet is 160 and my pilot is 55 oil/gas mix = 32:1

I would suggest a much bigger main jet for your 125cc stroker.

maybe Baka will chime in on this topic for some expert advice.

I ran bigger main 145 is good second notch on needle, 2 turns on a/f screw,
55 main, running 8 g weights. Fast all round, if I go bigger on main it back fires???pops load like a drifter turbo car exhaust when they over rev.

Try going lower on your needle clip. I would try one below middle and see how that goes for you. I would move up to a 148 too and do a plug chop with the needle clip in the middle and one below middle. 8 grams is probably perfect but it all depends on what your running in the clutch too.

Ill try the 148 and see what happens, I have yellow clutch springs on keli heavy clutch and 1500 or 2000 main spring.
