the aero is like the sr elite no restirctions , you need new weights ,you may want to swap to a high speed pulley, sef ramp and a new belt
stock aero's can go 45 mph out of the box, also you pipe prob needs a good decarb, Team calamari racing has a liquid cleaner -at least they used to- that works wonders.
Wait till I finish my frt disc conversion on mine !

Best bet is to call vt- they open in 1 1/2 hours here, if you staying stock then try ask them what the stock weights are? changing the weights changes the rev -esp topend, if you bike is not pulling all the way up then drop the weights to increase rev, center spring is how the drive engages the higher rpm the more of a grab it has also the higher rev need to engage, clutch shoes also affect rear clutch grab
Here's a semi hard core setup , 39 g total weights,2k clutch springs and 2k center spring, the lowspeed and I men like 1-2 mph suks but when I wack the throttle the frt wheelies-helps if you got the power too- I run a stroker 107 dio block.

when in doubt go lighter on the weights in a stock setup. it will give you better pick up
