Greetings:

The right carburetor jets depend on the carb size. Other than "OKO", your post doesn't say which sizeyou have. Also I'm in the dark as to the exhaust. That too will determine optimal jetting.

Presuming the engine power is decent, your issue might be with the 60-gram variator load. Stock was 8.5 on the 2001 SR, and even that keeps the stock engine strangled below its best power.

Consider lightening up those rollers. The well-tuned 50mm bore is capable of 55 with those gears.

Greetings:

Jetting may be pretty good for a 24. Double-check with temperature readings and/or plug reads. Cardboard color = Good.

Ok vari with wieghts and the round cylinder that goes inside vari to turn belt is 290grams
The wieghts alone are 9grams each times 6 equals 55grams..... Putting back on and soon
To be headed out

Greetings:

Forgot to axt you what center spring you're running. That of course will help determine optimal roller weight.

The belt could be shot.

Greetings:

17mm belt? What length? Malossi made a Derbi/Suzuki 16 that worked pretty well with a thin shim, but changing belt dimensions requires other changes.

Stock length is 641 and width is 15.5. A ZX pulley needs 654 or 669 x 18. If your 17 is too wide for the pulleys or the wrong length, it's not an "upgrade".
Try a stock belt and see?

A wider belt has to be longer because it will ride higher on the variator.

So is it bad if the thicker one is the same lenth?
