AF05E power band rpms

Does anyone have a good guess as to where these engines make the most power, still working on making this ragtag baby drive better

I have never seen a horsepower and torque rating for any of the early 50 cc scooters. The bigger engines yes but the 50 cc motors, no. The later 50 cc AF05 motors (1998 and up) are 3.8hp @ 6000 RPM.
