Anything i should do before i install my 44BBK?
I bought a really nice spree that needed a rebuild. I have a 44bbk on the way from Taz. I have a couple questions... I planned on switching to pre-mix, Ive read a couple threads and heard a couple different numbers for the Ratio... What ratio should i be using with this kit? What spark plug? Will I need to clean up the cylinder at all before i install it?
Anything else i should do to get this thing ready for a BBK?

Before your .parts come in begin researching here in the forums. Type is keywords in the "search" box. Also, the wikispreedia in the board index should tell you everything you need to know. Good luck!

Tips from when i installed my bbk. Make sure you look at the ports in the new jug for any flashing/burs and if any hit it with a mild sand paper or dremel wheel to knock burs off etc. Also make sure the circ clips are in very good double triple check if you can use a small socket to push them in flush.
1985 spree Work in progress.(finally running****) 86 Down do to slight complications.

Re: Anything i should do before i install my 44BBK?
My 44mm ran a 6 plug never had any problems, but with my 72cc dio spree i run a b8hs per bakaracers suggestion just because.....
Re: Anything i should do before i install my 44BBK?
I am running the 8 in my stock Spree I live in the south where its super hot already so that probably makes a difference, i guess riding around the corner etc it doesnt really matter about the 6 or the 8 but long distances at WOT surely benefits from any measures taken to prevent overheating which can damage your engine over time
