I installed the 44mm bbk and now the whole scooter vibrates much more than it did stock....Is this normal?

Im assuming the 10g heavier piston and rings, has thrown off the crank balance.

Ok, I kinda figured that would happen... So how long until my crank seals/bearings go to *? haha I can imagine, not to long.

Don't worry about crank bearings going bad......the bore will seize before that happens. (because of the too small pilot jet)

And this is why the CT intake and OKO carb is the way to go with a 48 mm BBK, adjustable pilot jet.

Get a PB series Keihin carb or one of the aftermarket brand carbs. The all have changeable pilot jets.

I already gave you the link for the best way to go (it was put together for the 48 mm BBK) but if you insist on staying with the stock intake you can't do much of anything. The Keihin PB carb has a wider mounting bolt pattern so it will not fit the stock intake. Some of the Dio engine had the PB carb on them but you need to get the intake too.

No porting the intake will not fix a carb problem. How many miles? Who knows. Get Taz big intake and carb kit and fix it right.

It is simple, if your pump is a 70 to 1 unit and you have 70 to 1 in the tank, you have 35 to 1 total. 32 to 1 is a target, but to much oil is not good either.
