So is it safe to premix in the fuel tank or should I literally premix.

808BMW said that he had some vacuum petcock which meant that he could premix in the fuel tank and rock the bike a bit but I don't know what he rides

I have a spree and if that's what he has, then in emergency situations, I could do what he did but I can't confirm anything.

Your spree should have the same thing as 808bmw's with the vacuum petcock unless someone replaced it. Ether way in less you are completely out of gas I don't think it should matter if you pre mix in the tank as long as you do a good gas dance.

awesome
my spree is stock and was stock when I bought it
I dont think the petcock will be modded or anything like that so I will keep the gas dance in mind

Ok, I just came up with an idea while searching for ways to plug up the hole where the oil pump resides.

Can I just melt the ends of the two tubes that come out of the spree's oil pump?
Wouldn't this retain the compression in the oil pump?

heres the deal the oil pump is ran my the crank ..so if you do what your thinking the pump will still run with no oil ( no you cant just put oil in the hose and it will work... not ) and heat up and seizes up (stop ) then it will muck up you crank and the motor will be junk .. or you cood do what ill bet someone has said and grind the teeth off the oil pump put it back in and mix the oil in the tank and get on with it..

You should still block the oil in/out nipples after you grind off the gears to prevent small air leaks.

What's a good tool to use to grind off the gears?
Should I go to a shop for this?
