just curious on where people put their CHT probe?

under headbolt?

or

with sparkplug as crush washer?

just looking for whats out there

14mm option, use this in place of your crush washer.

A while back, I ran a simultaneous comparison using a 2 channel data-logging meter. Engine was an AF16.

The probe on the plug measured up to +75 higher temperature. Also, it registered temperature peaks the head bolt location did not. My conclusion is pickup location will show different results when comparing your numbers with others.
