i noticed that you compressed the front springs of forks to lower the front.Did you groove the leg shafts to bolt it through at the lower point? Looks like you shortened the stem too. which you would have to do.

what kind of headset is that too? JAPAN? Cause the way the bolt is set up on the neck is for a japan headset.
