Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

I've only had my little Elite R for a short time and I've noticed that when accelerating I`ve got good smooth acceleration up to about 30kph(18mph) it slows through to about 40kph(24mph) then speeds up again to 60kph(37mph) and then slowly to 65kph(40mph). The last part I expect but is the first part normal or do I need to fix something

I would put in some fresh new roller weights.. Yours might be flat.. Is the bike completely stock? If so, i would replace the rollers with factory weights and maybe replace the belt..

As far as I know it is completely stock. So I'll change the rollers and belt hopefully that will help. Also I believe my stock rollers come greased should I add grease to the new ones?

No you dont have to add grease.. Rollers should wake your bike up Again.. Especially with a new belt
