Nah wont work. Af05e primaries will work from what i hear.

Yeah stock ZX50 gears are already pretty tall.

Only 10.5:1, less than the af05es 10:1 ratio. Af16 is 11:1. GY6/139qmb final gear is a direct swap, and the primary shaft also. The counter is not.

Stock ratio on a af16 is 12.1:1

The kymco also has a 12" tire, so that will make the overall ratio even higher.

oops my vague recollection thought they were 11:1, so would that mean the af05e is the 11:1? The zx50 is in between the two.

The Kymco is a Dio engine on a long case (12" wheel). It's geared plenty fast right out of the box with the 12" wheel. No need to do anything.
