dio problem

ok i have no clue what is wrong with my scooter. it wont go past 30mph . at first it wasnt getting up to speed and now it fells like its dieing.
carb is clean.
my 70cc is fine.
any ideas????

weights? clutch springs? center spring?
Is the bike reving up?
Try cehck your clutch and center springs,if you have poor off the line, check those,if the bike revs up but after 30 mph the revs drop,try drop your weights 3 grams,if it gets better but still not great drop them again.

try 3-6 and 3 - 7's and see if it gets any better.

it wasnt this bad when i first put everything on. do u think it is my cran or sumthing like that?????

No, you gotta remember that it require to be tuned more then once as things break in,wear out,and you have to learn to conpensate for it
Just the other week I went riding, bike was all cherry ,after 20 miles or so, I had to drop my weights because the topend felt flat, down 3 grams and everthing was back to normal.

thats good news. at least it isnt my crank. i think i will go to the shop tomorrow and get gears and a mollosi pully
. it should help. for both its 240$ do u think that too much?

that's cdn right? I would go with a Kelli pulley ,or even the dio pulley they sell on ebay,just dump the ramp and run a daytona,sef,kelli.
Clutch wise,stock good, but I would look for a med clutch.

if you have a bore kit did you change the gear ratio! ask myspree about gears!

yea, hey maddog i need those lower gears, the 7 ta 1s cuz i just scored my self a bore for the aero, still gonna get that corsa for the leet tho.

that would come out to about 9.4 to 1 which would be better than stock by alot.

ok i went to the shop for the parts and they said it would take more then a mounth to get the parts. anyone now where i can get some parts to improve my scooter i would like to only spend 250$ with shipping.
i have 70cc already and pipe. what would be my options...
i live in canada
