PG phongeer short or yms typhoon
What would be the better chioce? The phongeer short or the typhoon v8 with a set up consisting of a af16,ruima mini stroker, polini corsa!

I already built the engine but still have the stock crank. what's the deal, ruima a piece a junk?

corsa is made for the stock stroke not any larger.port timing gets messed up unless you a wizard with port timing you should stay with the stock stroke crank like the malossi

The stock corsa has semi decent timings for a mini stroke but will net less hp but more torque and a lot lower max rpm and smaller power band even with port height/timing work. A lot of people do it with success but Im with you guys on using stock stroke cranks with the race cylinders if you want to enjoy the true power band.
