hey I was told there is stock speed restriction .. HOW DO I TAKE RESTRICTIONS OFF???

Is it an Iowa spree? They are restricted in the exhaust. 84/85 sprees have some subtle differences from 86/87. The reedblock is much smaller on the 84/85 sprees. Other than the Iowa restriction there isnt really anything to derestrict
