i was wondering if i took off .010 off the head would it be more faster or what idk

It will make it easier to start, and possibly a little stronger across the range, if your rings are good.

Increasing the compression may give you a temporary increase in compression (therefore power), but you'll wear the rings a LOT faster also. It's a real balancing act that the Honda engineers seem to have gotten right the first time. Why mess with success?

haha, me and shane got bored one day and tried this with a dremel tool... Haha, Didn't quite work out like we thought. We did suscessfully make a horsepower reducer tho...

gee, was it a little uneven?lol. a 1/2 inch sanding drum isnt really the best tool.(next time try a grinder).lol
