A/c 125cc elite probs

I bought a friends 125cc stroker elite recently that he burned the piston up on so it came with the new jug and everything in the box....i put everything togeather and starts up fine did a good 5-6 heat cycles and a couple short rides im having a weird bog at wot loke it feels like it lost all power and dont wanna go nowjere buy from idle to half ot pulls real good the carb is a 30mm oko with 160 main and i think a 60 pilot only have a crappy v8 pipe on it now waiting on more funds to buy a stroker pipe...well today i was riding and i felt it bog out and die so i took the shrowds off and i figured out i blew the metal headgasket cylinder looked fine and so did the piston i was wondering what u stroker people do with jetting on these things and vari weights im new to this stroker stuff and cant fond much in the search forum thank u in advance

I bet its your port timing,how many base gaskets u running? An what's your squish at? Is your crank 52.6.?

I used 2 of the base gaskets 52.6 stroke yup....i had to use 2 hase gaskets cause when i turned motor over my hand the piston touched head and i didnt have 2 head gaskets where should my squash be?

How thick in mm is the gaskets together? U remember your squish Clearence ?

I can measure them tomarrow i think they were 30 thou a piece

So about .60mm total? That's to low.. Try raising it to 1.mm or 1.3mm.. We're it's at now I bet u have great power down low.. But once u give full throttle it. It won't rev as fast or feels like your pulling a truck..

U got a tach rpm gauge ? If not get one it will make things easier.. Ok try adding another base gasket .5 more 2.50mm total or if u can get one that big..I had the same issue...get a rpm gauge so u can tell when your power band hits... Assuming your carb tuning is on point... An TRANS tune both very important.. An that v8 pipe gots to go get a real stroker pipe.. I would first add a base gasket an rpm gauge..

That's better!!! Try going .5 mm taller on the base.. 60pilot that big?? But for s OKO carb who knows had a 30 OKO I was at 52 pilot an 152main with my polini I'm at 42pilot an 138 main way more efficient an she runs coolers.. Any way let me know how it go's

Waiting on head gasket now and money for a pipe lol then ill have some more infonall the ports clear but the boost
