i was just wondering, the carb on the spree is pretty sensitive and u cant do much to it. i was wondering if it would be possable to fit a 49cc pocket bike engine to it? this would be better because it is a more high performence carb and they also sell things like velocity stacks for them.

You mean a carb from a 59cc pocket bike? I don't see why not, but you'd need a set of jets to dial the carb in, and a pile of new plugs for plug chops.

use a 49cc pocket bike carb. I a pocket bike and I did mods to the carb and it just seemed to go faster and faster.

Dellorto makes a 15mm carb that is supposed to be a direct bolt-up to the stock manifold. Anything larger would require a larger manifold. If anyone's gotten a pocketbike carb to fit up, I'd like to see pics.

You'll be running awfully rich, I think. I'd get a stock jet and sell the OS one here.

It'd be easier to just get the right jet.
