Stroker Questions...

so i'm about to split my block and go stroker but i have a few questions. the crank i want to get is this http://vtcycles.com/vtc_plugins/zogo-sh ... =28&cat=11 and i'm wondering how it compares to http://vtcycles.com/vtc_plugins/zogo-sh ... =27&cat=11.

i'm planning on using a corsa kit for power but i'm wondering about displacment. the second crank is 52.6mm stroke and is meant for 50 -55mm 103-125cc's. the corsa kit is a 47mm bore and would make 91 cc's with the 52.6mm stroke. do you know if a bigger piston would make more power and will the quality surpass the corsa kit?

if anyone has done this before and could tell me the best parts to use or what did'nt work so well thats what i'm looking for, thanks for your time -John

a corsa on a stroker crank? your crazy, that will never work....

i think...?

i dont know. Why not just pick up a stroker cylinder kit? Your going to have to mill your case anyway.

it would work if you make a base gasket a certain length..i was planing on doing the same with my airsal 70cckit...i was going to go to a machine shop and have a base gasket out of aluminum...

go on vt and look for 54mm or 55mm cylinders..those are stroker bores..54mm with a 52.6mm crank makes a displacment of 120cc,and a 55mmbore with a 52.6mm crank makes a 125cc displacment.. "but you cant put that 50mm crank with any of those bore because the connecting rod is to short...unless you cut the cylinder from the top ,but i HIGHLY DOUGHT that, thats done here in the u.s..plus its not even worth it..so yeapp is go 120 or 125 if i were you..IMO...

well 52.6 crank wont work on corsa bore!!!

work well on stock crank, malossi crank and fm mini stroker crank.

72cc cant go wrong riding.

need to add 2.3mm base gasket..

cmr bore is taiwan made bore.

better just save some cash for polini or malossi bore.

yes a 44.4 mini stroker will work with a corsa as long as you shave the piston skirts so they clear the crank, mine runs just fine
