Looking For Help With "84 NQ50

I have a 1984 White Honda NQ50 (runs great)
Top Speed (flat road) is around 32 MPH.
But,, i was wondering if theres anyway to give it a more higher
top speed with out spending much money and doing simpler
things a noob could do.

If possible i would really like another 5+ mph out of it.
As far as i know EVERYTHING is stock.
