i figured that's why no one was commenting.
i just wanted to see if anyone else liked the euro style.
as is, i'm riding w/o a face shield anyway, so bugs would have hit me no matter what.

I'd wear one on a scooter, not a bike. It's the type of helmet I expect a Vespa owner to wear. You know, the snooty type that roll up to Starbucks and demand 1% dairy whip cream with sugar free drizzle. From time to time you'll see them scrape the tip of their nose on the ceiling.

Me, on the other hand... I walked into Starbucks w/ oil drenched clothing, black hands, black arms, and smudge marks all over my face demanding a double espresso. Yeah, that's your typical Honda owner.

lol

Yes, i can see a Vespa owner wearing it. But...maybe you wouldn't like the looks of my helmet. It was your choice so as long as you like it then it's cool.

I don't hate the helmet but I prefer something simple on a scooter. I went with a nice lightweight halfie but sprung the extra $5 to get one with the american flag/eagle graphic.

i really didnt want the skid lid style as per all the old "hog" riders around here have them and i dont want ppl to say "look at that guy, he thinks he's all bad-* w/ his awesome helmet...but hes on that dinky little scooter" maybe if i lived in a more urban area, i would, but... i dont.

I run a few of those...Like this one here. If you get a tinted visor it will work great, pop it up for night riding and down for day riding.

Ah yes the Scorpion. I have an EXO400 flat black and I love it. But I want to get a plain half for the scooter. I really don't care what people say about my riding gear. I like it and if you don't, hey, that's up to you. People always asked me why am I wearing my Joe Rocket jacket on my Ruckus, it goes so slow. Yeah, hit the pavement at 42 will hurt weather you're on a Suzi M50 or a scooter.

FP, that's a cool looking fighter jet type of helmet. Personally I do not like the gloss colors on a helmet, but that's just me. But that will go good with your Aero that I'm holding hostage.
