Great topic idea. If you use photobucket, make a new folder and dont delete them.
I LOVE seeing pictures of bikes. but i HATE to see the photobucket "this photo has been deleted" picture.

just want to know if anyone out here can help me out. I'm working on a customers bike. its a MD150T-5 150cc 4-stroke scooter. the dam thing does not want to run? I thought it was timing or something. only reason y is because I had to turn the idle all the way up just so it would idle. when I give it gas, and it starts to come back down to idle you hear some pops through the air cleaner. then sometimes it just wants to stall out after the popping out the carb. another question I have is, on the carb I have a vaccume line that comes off the petcock and splits to a "T" fitting. one side goes to the intake, the other to something on the carb that would be on the right side of the carb if you were sitting on the bike. what is that for on the carb? theres a spring and a diaphram under it. I need to know if that spring is on right.

the bike will not start on its own unless I help it by either choking it, or spraying either in the carb. hopefully someone can help me out. thanks.

Greetings:

If it's a Keihin VE clone, that port needs vacuum to prevent off-throttle backfires and "normalize" the diaphragm/slide function. I didn't know this an hour ago, but Clivester set me straight.

Hey chevyguy was wondering what you've been doing, sure keeping busy :) That's a lot of Sprees, and a TG50 for something a little different to look at.
