anybody here deal with snowmobiles?

my neighbor has a pair of yamaha bravos and a polaris 340. anywho he needs a carb for one of the bravo. its an 86? i think. and 150 cc single cylinder. if you have one or know of a place he can pic on up. i know you michigan guys know of places. there is a junk yard up there that has one but they want him to buy the whole sled. so if you can help lemme know so i can pass on the info. thanks.

There is a place in Yale, MI. called EMC. Its a motorcycle, scooter, 4 wheeler, dirt bike, Snowmoble junk yard. Its about 1.5 hours north of Detroit. Check with them.

I don't deal much with snowmobiles anymore here in Deepinnaharta, but was seriously into them in the 70s. The Bravo was Yamaha's entry-level sled. The engine was a 250, not 150. Other than kiddy sleds, I'm not aware of any machine that displaced less than 249ccs in all my years of riding. Sorry I can't help with the source, but Google brought up a ton of hits with "Yamaha Bravo".

yes wheelman you are correct it is a 250cc, i thought it was a 150 but alas i was wrong.
