Re: Dubstep
super clean keyboard and hard hittin drum... but the bass line is too far in the background and a bit too distorted for me.niftyman wrote:Check out the mt edan remix of prodigy omen

Re: Dubstep
I like Bassnectar, he's got some tight stuff.

Re: Dubstep
I mainly listen to metal (suicide silence, oceano, white chapel) but just downloaded "bass head" and "here we go" by Bassnectar, the others didn't do anything for me.phatkix wrote:Some songs are pretty cool, but some are just down right terrible. Same with Glitch-Hop.

Re: Dubstep
I'm more of a Gabber myself. Dubstep is ok, but I think it's getting a bit too hyped for what it really is...

Gabber is awesome. But breakcore is more awesomer.
I think dubstep is just ok, but haven't explored it much. So it has potential to be awesome, sure.

I thought dubstep was ace when it emerged 3 or 4 years ago. Not so much, now. Back into my DnB.

On a dance floor filled full of college age hotties shaking their shakeables, it works. Beats the * out of country & western! (rap, too!)

Re: Dubstep
Dubstep kinda bores me. Much more into the D&B/jungle spectrum...been DJing jungle for a bit over 12 years now.
