...short answer=Yes, you are bad. Do you NEED to go faster than a stock Spree ?
650 miles, is awesome. Many stories can be told by members who have modified their Sprees
only to have them self-destruct in a very short time reducing their riding time to ZERO.
Keep it stock and maintain it will be your best overall experience...
It looks like you have a nice bike and will enjoy thousands of miles zipping around town or country as long as you don't go trying to convert it into something that quite honestly, aint worth the time or money...MY opinion.
Use that money to buy a bike that is already designed to handle faster speeds, like with bigger brakes and tires, better suspension. (IF that's what you're wanting)
Depends on what you find enjoyable. Maybe you like wrenching more than riding, IDK.
Spend your money on a seat cover, new tires(if they're dry-rotted), petcock cover, and ride that Spree until
you've drained the life out of the stock bore...THEN maybe consider some experimentation.
In any case, welcome to the site...

or fit a stock variated afo5e and you will retain your reliability and have better take off and top end and its a better motor to hot up if you feel the need for speed and much cheaper than a af16

...+2 on the Donut scheme, unless the Spree is totally satisfactory.
Having a second scoot ready for the Mrs to rock is also a consideration.
Sprees are fine for most anybody the jump on and follow you for a trip to the park, etc.
My garage is incomplete without a daily sprinter(Aero 125), a grocery-getter(Aero 50), a Track-trike(Gyro TG50M), and then there's the NS50F for events, i.e. True Grits Fun Run, Thunderdrome, thedeadpeds R.I.P. rally, Whiskey Business...
The Ultimate number of scootz owned has yet to be determined, but much discussion has taken place here and we all have concluded that none of us have reached that number yet....

$500 is not too much to ask, but the seat will be subject to negotiation at that price.
If you get $400, that would be great for here, Nashville.
Nevada market may not be as strong.
Member 66SIX in Vegas can tell you exactly how the market is there.

you're fast! (good thing), just logged in to mention a 98% (couple very small tears seat on EBay that might be had for south of $40 on EBay... those $ you will recoup, not sure about the tires (imo not necessary)...

I'd ask $500 and take $450-$475 (actually where I live, $400 now due to the changing season....)

GL but rethink the tires if it's not too late... use those $$ on the next scoot...
