Gonna be a fun ride Fox... :thumbwink:
PO must have been a moron, or has stock in NGK...there is no reason to run pre-mix on any continuous basis.
I might justify a tank-full for the first tank after sitting for a long time, ...meh, IDK.
You're gonna need to address that head gasket issue.
Side covers are nice if you want OEM look, but believe I would trim yours down to cafe' racer status.
The trend here has gotten a bit stale, but don't tell the hipsters.
Love my '74 XL100..... :urban:

Judging from the oil residue visible along the cylinder fin that corresponds to the head surface, I'd say there is some sort of compromise to the gasket to allow this "iconic" look of leaky gasket....

Edit: oh yeah, that cafe' seat, maybe we could deal on that.
Can you snap a pic and post ?
Paypal is good.... :urban:

Is that a cb400 super sport tank? Looks too big for the 125. And the shape looks wrong, seat don't fit right at the tank.

The seat is kinda jenky. where It mounts to the bike is rusted and kinda at an off angle. The caf├® seat is an el cheapo home made mike. If you want it I could work something out maybe. and how would I test the head gasket to see if it was bad? Would a compression test tell me? Like it does on a car? or????? and im almost positive the tank is original because it matches some of the other seventy six. It also has the mounts for the gas tank cover like that year had.

Tank and seat correct zup...even though I see your points of question.
DeathByFox: Compression check may not reveal anything in this case.
All the oil is on the left and is probably leaking from the cam chain which is on that side.
Not really an issue to the runability if it's only an oil leak.
By all means, check compression to be sure... :urban:

So now the bike is leaking gasoline heavily. Nothing I do will stop it if I open the choke at all . The gas is leaking HEAVILY out of the tube from the bottom of the carb. What next? Any ideas?

Greetings:

Odds are the float valve is pitted, the little rubber tip is chewed up, or the assembly is not closing as it should due to bits of shrapnel or bits of deteriorated fuel line. Turn off the petcock when stopped of course, but the carb may be overfilling even when you run wide open. The only answer is to drop the carb and check things out. New fuel line, Kreme the tank, new in-tank screen and/or fuel filter and a rebuild kit for the carb and all should be well in CB Kingdon.

Now I get why I should do everything else but why "kreme the tank"? The tank has no rust on the inside and looks almost new.

Greetings:

Unless you've looked with a mirror at the top inside, where the water vapor accumulates, how can you be sure it's not dropping flakes? If it's like new everywhere, then delete that suggestion.

Yeah I looked in the tank and its got the slightest bit of rust...but that could be oil left over from the premix that was run through the bike....crazy Cajun.....Im gonna go a different route then kreme tho. Its over priced and I know my aero/elite could use a tank cleaning too. Im gonna do an old mopeder trick and use a certain kind of acid I just cant remember which kind now.......

Greetings:

Hope it's not Lysergic Acid Diethylamide...
Muriatic or even good ol' vinegar have been used successfully.
