A strange man on scooter falls into a huge hole filled with water after crashing into a van, a car, a motorcycle, and a truck.

I'd say BOTH the guy on the scooter and the guy on the motorcycle have to be on some sort of drugs. 163 mph on that tiny motorcycle. Crazy!
