hi forum. today I made white rice, with thin steak, in stewed tomatoes. onion and potato. a little oil and vinegar, seasoning. Slow cook until tender soft.
small salad, corn, tomato, green bean, onions. along with favorite beverage.

need to keep energy up to ride. :peace:

today we had. rice, stewed chicken, with potatoes, carrots, seasoning.
tomatoes and corn for salad. I saved you a plate Mr mousewheels. :D
