Not that we need more people, but Austin is booming, and you would score a sweet job with an electronics degree with all the semi-conductor and computer companies here.

Congrats on the move. I don't know how you stuck it out for so long in the MI cold.

Thanks Sanjuro, I read a post of yours not too long ago over on scooterinvasion (im mikal) and contacted your flywheel guy. I haven't pulled the trigger yet though.. Bend isnt too much warmer in the winter, but there should be more to do.

No. Showing number 22 tomorrow and 23 on monday. This whole process is tiring. We want to close by June 30th so we dont have to fly back to do it, but i guess we'll see how it goes. Ive been torn apart between two companies in Bend that are competing for me. I committed to one via email, then the other came back with a freaking high ball offer that i accepted as well. I've yet to call the other company to tell them im going back on my word and working for the other other company. Its nice to be fought over, but somehow its stressful at the same time.
June 1 i start. 3 weeks of training in Chicago. I'll drive home for the weekends, but that makes things even more stressful around here cause my wife is going to have to bear the load by herself during the few remaining weeks we have left here. Then im back here for a week and a half, then off to Oregon.
Finding a good neighborhood in Bend is like finding a tree in the woods. Theyre all over. All the schools are rated well, and all the neighborhoods are nice. We're having a hard time choosing where to live.
