cop trouble

in michigan the book on mopeds fron the state says that a head light sould be on at night says nothing about the day

and today i had to drive to the yamaha dealer with my razz and got pulled over 3 times. all the cops asked if it was street legal and ran my plate in there comp. and they all sead your fine and left

ive had mine about roughly a month and ive put close to 250 miles on it and the only trouble i have had is one cop asking if i had a helmet, and the other stoped me to tell me i have to be three feet away from the curb(i was riding down the sidewalk)
