Alex from racingplanet answers the phone for me all the time. Maybe you're not calling the correct number. Or maybe it's personal. I have an amazing relationship with Alex from rp and all of the other vendors I've used. You have to talk to them like normal people and not get hostile and self righteous. Everyone makes mistakes.
