milled keli front pulley
The same guy that milled the stator bell which is bad for top speed now mills the keli pulley, I give him credit for trying, he is on craigslist Hawaii under scooter parts.

A light weight flywheel is in fact not bad for top speed. If it was bad then why would an inner rotor be used in every track bike. Real track bike not a kick scooter.
