Ruby the Elite on YouTube?

I've watched a few videos from this YouTube channel. He has a really nice Elite 125. Looks also like he fixed up some Elite 50's. Just wanted to see what you all thought? I'm looking to buy one an old Honda scooter and wanted to see what you thought of his bikes? By the way I love all the content on here! Awesome website!

Sorry, I can't see any Youtube channel because you haven't told me what to search.
"Ruby the Elite" aint getting me anywhere.
