I saw that video on CNN the day it happened. There was a guy and his kid in the truck, report stated they got out with only bumps and bruises.

The only person the driver should be * at is himself for felony stupid for not knowing how tall his rig was.

Since he was trying to drive around the building I would say he knew how tall it was, he just didn't know how WIDE it was.

From what I understand the company that built the bank is being looked at for a law suit considering how easy it was to knock the drive through over.

The driver is not suing the builder, the bank is.

The driver is not suing the builder, the bank is.

Why the * would the bank care? Either his insurance or their's paid for the replacement.

Because they didn't get their money's worth in the first place with a building that was not up to code.
