I saw that video on CNN the day it happened. There was a guy and his kid in the truck, report stated they got out with only bumps and bruises.

Since he was trying to drive around the building I would say he knew how tall it was, he just didn't know how WIDE it was. :lol:

From what I understand the company that built the bank is being looked at for a law suit considering how easy it was to knock the drive through over.

I'm sure the guy's thinking is "Since I'm to dumb to drive around a structure, I"ll sue someone because I couldn't possibly be at fault." It's one of the major problems with our society today. No one tells anyone they were stupid because it might hurt their feels. :roll:

The driver is not suing the builder, the bank is.

The driver is not suing the builder, the bank is.
Why the * would the bank care? Either his insurance or their's paid for the replacement.

Because they didn't get their money's worth in the first place with a building that was not up to code.
