There good little bikes, I got one.
They uses a Minarelli clone engine.
Im pretty sure that body panels of a Yamaha Vino will work on them.

This is a clean scooter, has 249 KM?

The rings were bad, the guy got them replaced, but he couldn't get it started. Obviously since he has no idea how to work on these. Tried the kick start and nothing, just kicks, the engine doesn't turn. I hooked a battery up an it started to spin but only moved a mm then it was clunk. I pulled the head and cylinder, and it turns over fine, but he had some homemade gasket for the cylinder. The cylinder is also scored, the previous owner killed the engine, I imagine. So, what are my options? Looks like I need a cylinder bore, hone or replace. It has the oiler running off the rear end? Go premix when I can find the parts to do the top end?

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh well, I just got screwed. This is a chain driven Geely engine. I might be able to find a new piston and cylinder and then sell it. Crap. That's what I get for not researching deep enough this one time.

Maybe an engine swap? Hmmmm. Gotta look into that. I like the body, just need an engine. Maybe an Elite 80?

Yeah, it was a geely, I guess the first year was total chain driven crap. Traded that off a while ago and traded the trade for a Spree.
