Carb is clean. Spark is issue

Could it be the voltage regulator?

the stator and the cdi are all you need to run the voltage regulator has nothing with the spark on my spree.. i wood look at the kill swich it self or the key switch.. you may have a bad coil after it dies retest it ... redo all grounds....
by the way this is a honda form but a bike is a bike and the brand and name is a help because some of these guy may have one or work on one ..

i would start at the coil because its that only thing in your charging system that would hold some sort of charge but it doesnt really explain it but fully check that out.......
