1999 Derbi Manhattan?

Hello,
I just picked up a Derbi Manhattan last night, I have read mixed reviews on other sites, Does anyone here have any experience with this model or brand? What did you think of it?
And the big question is where are all of the parts for this thing! I have heard these are made by Piaggio and have some relation to Vespa as far as the motor is concerned so parts for the motor should be easy and I have already seen pipes and performance parts but nothing as far as body parts. There are a couple cracked panels on the right side I would like to replace rather than fix.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
