Check on the back of the tranny cover near the drain bolt and see what the engine code is. That will help to see if we have scooters in the US with the same code.
The Melody name was affixed to a scooter similar to our U.S. Spree and/or SB50 Elite "E" models. Look for an unvariated engine - fixed ratio belt - bearing the code AF05E on the transmission rear cover. If so, make sure you don't have the much-lusted-after variated version of the Spree/Pal engine. If you have a fixed-drive front pulley, any Spree or SB50 belt should work, and they're common and easy to find.
You could take the belt off and have your local auto-parts store compare with their stock.
