ok so here is the scoop
50mm bore poli
9:1 gears
8.5 rollers
28mm V8 exhaust
24mm carb (45,130jets)
ct intake
and i still only go 35-40mph and i cant grab full throttle or she will die and bog out, please help.
one more question, i am premixing 40:1, i took the tube that normaly goes to the carb from the oil pump and screwed a screw in it, she leaks only barley, i want to take my oil tank and make it an extra gas tank with a "T" fitting and combine the gas tank and the oil tank as one tank.
so here is the question Can I Run with a Screw in the oil delivery line? and then connect with gas line????? or is running the oil pump dry BAD?
here is a link to the oil tank becoming a gas tank idea http://www.hondaspree.net/phpBB3/viewto ... d&start=15
Your main jet is to big. Try a 120. If your carb has the power jet, disconnect it.up that pilot to a 48 or 50.

running the pump dry is bad, get a hold of vtcycles and get a pump plug for you scoot. and if you can modify you oil tank outlet to accept a fuel fitting then by all means go for it. might want to post a how to after you results have been proven to work.

the power jet carb has a hose that goes from the float bowl to the mouth of the carb.

ok i have a screw on the top of the carb, is that ok, should i remove it, or should i take the hose off?
Disconnect the hose from the top nipple and plug the hose with a screw .

You can purchase vacuum line caps at Autoparts stores and just cap the barbs, too.

ok, i have 2 BB's in there have a screw on the top and its reconected, jetted to 48/125 as i have no smaller mains than that, but have some on the mail on there way here!! she is running better but i think still a little rich, now i can hit 40mph with out too much struggle.
Consider dropping the needle while you wait for the 122-118-115 mains to arrive.
The pipe is a determinant of the optimal Main size, as is engine displacement and even the Air's Density Altitude.
That said, Flash liked the 118-120 @72cc and PG Long.
