CT Manifold

Post by DaylightDies »

The CT intake manifold is typically for bigger carbs, 24mm+ but I want to use it with a small Carb. is there a way to make the Carb output bigger? or to make the intake smaller?

Where did you get that idea? It will work with anything you want to mount on it, even a stock carb.

Here is a CT with an 18mm carb off an Aero 125 for my 1985 Aero 50 with a mini BBK (43mm).

jog dont need pwk21-28mm carb. suck more petrol fuel and make more noise!

dellorto phbg carb is good enough.

my jog dont have problem and start 1 kick always ran 12mm carb on polini bore.

im sure the pe/pwk carb will rub the main frame, not much room for run airbox.

The hose clamps on the intake of the manifold. @veedubh 12mm is kind of small and it is very hot here I think 17.5mm is the smallest ill go on a bbk.

No, you can't tighten the hose clamp extra, beside the smaller carb has to bolt up to something, so you have an adapter made. Look closely at my pic and you will see the carb bolted to the adapter that plugs into the rubber.
